Webinars: the oncology care relationship in a telemedicine context
The Île-de-France Cancéropôle and it's "Human and Social Sciences" (HSS) workgroup are organizing a day for researchers, clinicians and patient representatives on the subject of telemedicine in oncology and more specifically the care relationship in this context.
This event is part of Cancéropôle's thematic HSS day series, the objective of which is to create a space for exchange between clinicians, researchers and patient representatives in order to bring out new avenues of interdisciplinary research.
These 2 half days will also be the opportunity to present the results of research on telemedicine in oncology.
- 22/09/21 14h00-17h00:
The day will start with a multidisciplinary discussion on the development of telemedicine over the past few years from an historic, legal and ethical angle as well as patient experience.
- 23/09/21 9h30-13h00:
During the second sessions, speakers will present some current examples in oncology. Clinicians, psychologists, sociologists and representatives of patient associations will exchange during a round table on clinical practice experiences to generate potential reseach courses in HSS.
Sylvie Dolbeault, coordinator of the SIRIC HSS program, and Laure Guéroult-Accolas, member of the SIRIC patient representative committee, will be amongst the speakers.
