ChromSCape: a tool for interactive analysis of chromatin profiles at a single cell level
The development of "single cell" analysis tools is in the process of revolutionizing cancer research. This technique requires specific tools to manage the data.
The Single Cell platform at Institut Curie, supported by the SIRIC since its creation, has been developing these tools. In this frame, Prompsy et al propose ChromSCape: a user-friendly Shiny application.
This tool facilitates biological interpretation of epigenomic landscpaes within cell populations and allows the user to identify different sub populations in heterogenous samples as well as genes and associated pathways.
